Queenscliff, with its historic seaside setting, provides a picturesque and romantic backdrop for weddings and functions of any kind.

Athelstane is a relaxed venue, flexible to your needs and wants wherever possible. We can accommodate 'sit-down' functions of up to 45 guests in our dining room or a more informal cocktail-style for up to 60 guests (plenty more outside if the weather is fine!). Our sitting room, with its open fireplace, is another lovely option for up to 20 guests.

Guests and family can be accommodated in the hotel and Murray's Cottage, which is only a short 5 minute walk from Athelstane. Our King Room (Room One) is ideal for newlyweds.
